I swear I’ll try to do better in 2026. That’s my new years resolution, along with all the others I tend to break.
I’ve been trying to get in on SSTV off the ISS since the beginning of 2025 – I had my SDRPlay1b all set to go but never seemed to catch anything. Series 30 with the 25th anniversary of ISS+Scouts seemed like a good opportunity to give it a go so I tested it all out and was sure to go until the ISS on board radio crapped out.
In the ‘down time’ between passes I decided to try and catch other SSTV signals, one from 20m 14.230MHz the other from ArticSat. I’m still putting the finishing touches into ‘production’ but I have an uploader ready to go to past captured images under SSTV Captures.
